1. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may cancel an order if we can’t confirm that the buyer or recipient is an adult.

WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years (penalty exceeds $25,000) and for a person under 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol (penalty exceeds $1,000).

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order. We’ll email you a confirmation once your order is received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and we’ll refund any payment for it.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Australia to the address you provide. Please make sure it’s correct. Delivery times are estimates. You can place an order at any time, but under our licence orders are only supplied and delivered Monday to Saturday 9 am to 11 pm, Sunday 10 am to 11 pm and Anzac Day 12 noon to 11 pm. There is no trade or delivery on Good Friday or Christmas Day.

  • First orders: delivered to the person who placed the order, who must show ID confirming they are 18 or older.
  • Same-day orders: delivered to a person and never left unattended.
  • Repeat orders: the driver follows your delivery instructions, which may include leaving the order in a place you nominate.

Alcohol will not be handed to anyone who is under 18 or appears intoxicated. If delivery can’t be completed, we’ll contact you to arrange next steps.

4. Returns and refunds

See our Refund and Returns Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Responsible service
