Alishan Apple fruit wine, delivered
If you enjoy cider-style drinks, this is the place to start. It is crisp and clean, and it pairs naturally with ginger. It is naturally brewed in Taiwan from real apple, not flavouring.
How to enjoy it
Serve well chilled, pour over ice or top with sparkling water. For an easy mule, fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Apple, top with 3 parts ginger beer and stir gently.
What to eat with it
Try it with roast pork with crackling, crispy pork belly bao, aged cheddar or tarte tatin.
