Alishan Pineapple fruit wine, delivered
In Taiwan, pineapple is associated with prosperity, so it is a popular fruit to share. Pick this one if you like big tropical flavour, and try mixing it with Alishan Lemon. It is naturally brewed in Taiwan from real pineapple, not flavouring.
How to enjoy it
Serve well chilled, pour over ice or top with sparkling water. For an easy spritz, fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Pineapple, top with 3 parts grapefruit soda and stir gently.
What to eat with it
Try it with tacos al pastor, Thai red duck curry, sweet and sour pork or Taiwanese pineapple cake.
