Alishan Orange fruit wine, delivered
Juicy and easy to like, this is a friendly introduction to fruit wine. It really comes into its own as a long, sparkling spritz. It is naturally brewed in Taiwan from real orange, not flavouring.
How to enjoy it
Serve well chilled, pour over ice or top with sparkling water. For an easy spritz, fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Orange, top with 3 parts blood orange soda and stir gently.
What to eat with it
Try it with duck a l’orange, crispy orange beef, a charcuterie board or dark chocolate tart.
