Alishan Lemon fruit wine, delivered
The most familiar citrus in the range, and a good first bottle if you are new to fruit wine. Its zesty lift suits warm days and salty food. It is naturally brewed in Taiwan from real lemon, not flavouring.
How to enjoy it
Serve well chilled, pour over ice or top with sparkling water. For an easy fizz, fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Lemon, top with 3 parts dry ginger ale and stir gently.
What to eat with it
Try it with salt and pepper squid, battered flathead and chips, grilled snapper or lemon tart.
