Description
Alishan Peach fruit wine, delivered
Think of a ripe summer peach in a glass. It is soft and fragrant over ice, and just as good lengthened with citrus soda on a warm afternoon. It is naturally brewed in Taiwan from real peach, not flavouring.
How to enjoy it
Serve well chilled, pour over ice or top with sparkling water. For an easy spritz, fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Peach, top with 3 parts lime and yuzu soda and stir gently.
What to eat with it
Try it with Cantonese roast duck, char siu pork, burrata with prosciutto or vanilla panna cotta.
