Alishan Yuzu fruit wine, delivered
If you love the fragrance of Japanese citrus, start here. Alishan Yuzu is floral and zesty, and it stretches beautifully into a long, sparkling drink. It is naturally brewed in Taiwan from real yuzu, not flavouring.
How to enjoy it
Serve well chilled, pour over ice or top with sparkling water. For an easy highball, fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Yuzu, top with 3 parts soda water and stir gently.
What to eat with it
Try it with kingfish sashimi with ponzu, freshly shucked oysters, prawn tempura or chicken karaage.
